- 2 items from liz Jordan - Item received

- 3 items from Rockmans - not received yet been almost 5 weeks from 1st partial been received.

If the orders can't be fulfilled kindly refund the partial amount. Since official closure of shops and online sale is finished.

I purchased a capri pant for my mother she is 93 unable to attend the store. Pants were too small, and seam was split on one side.

I took the pants to store for exchange and was refused, even though they were faulty.

The salesperson was very condescending and spoke very loudly to me so all in store could hear. Yes I was pissed off.

Ordered & paid online 5 x items on 24th February 2025 and not delivered.

Contacted company by phone, so waiting...

3 items from Rockmans - never received no communication as to where the partial is, only an auto email response with no true updates.

It's been more than 4 weeks since receiving the 1st order.

If the order can't be fulfilled, kindly refund the amount for the unreceived parcel.

Last time I purchase goods but i received only 40% of goods & rest of them they said they will send later. But it is already two weeks passed but not receive.

I want to know when will i get the goods. I you believe you did not have the goods please send ne the rest of return my money back to my account.

My order has not been filled or sent, I would like a refund, I keep getting automated responses but no outcome

There is still an issue with Nonni B. I rang them and they responded with the script the call centre staff were provided ie that we are inundated with orders and do not know when your order will be filled etc.

I indicated to the call center staff that they may not know but can i speak to someone that can help me. Eventually I spoke to a manager who advised me that they were about 4 weeks behind orders so on that basis i should get my order filled by about early April.

I received an email today saying I would receive my partial order by the end of the week. See how we go.

Two orders placed and no further communication received. Told they are very busy and when advice of orders received at warehouse I will be given tracking advice

I have had good service up until the last before closure. They were still advertising you could purchase on Monday 16th March and when l tried to contact them phone etc all disconnected

Received the wrong order, tried to contact them several times and didn't connect on the phone. Because I plan for a special event and didn't receive my dresses. I want my money back or the original order.

My phone used default address. I wanted to send it to my mums house 7 Hutchison Avenue Kellyville however by default it is shipping to 25 Waterway Pass. Can you please change the shipping to the first address

Very disappointed, call disconnected from the beginning and i tried three times to contact them couldnt reach them. I didnt receive any response from them.

I received an Sms on my phone reg. Price drop for Dresses all dresses $30 so I rushed to Blacktown to my disappointment dresses were only 70% off.

I had to waste my trip and alsobpurchased a dress double the cost of what was mentioned in my sms.

Quite disappointed at this

I am still waiting for my order from the 5th. March 25.
